Sisters, straight-talkers, and lifelong seekers of growth, Ruby and Shimona blend personal transformation with no-nonsense results. Ruby brings deep expertise in breathwork, counselling, and self-leadership, while Shimona’s background in elite sport and performance coaching grounds the work in discipline and alignment. Together, they’ve created Culture Shift to help people cut through the noise, build real connection, and create change that actually sticks.

    Ruby has always been a people person with a deep love for personal growth and self-improvement. Early on, she found herself drawn to alternative methods for personal and professional success, and at a young age, she completed her yoga teacher training. Her journey didn’t stop there—she went on to pursue extensive breathwork training, counselling studies, and multiple certifications to expand her ability to guide others through transformative experiences.

    As a mother of two, running two businesses, Ruby’s life is anything but slow. But her passion for healthy relationships and wellbeing is what enables her to thrive in all areas.

    Ruby’s commitment to daily practices of self-care and growth fuels her drive to support others in overcoming stress, building connections, and reaching their goals.

    Her dedication to personal growth and her drive to help others succeed is at the heart of Culture Shifts mission.

  • Co-Founder

    Shimona Fraid is a professional equestrian athlete, having competed in high-intensity competitions and trained championship horses since her teen years. Her life has always been centered on peak performance, yet despite her success, she realised that something was lacking.

    Driven by the desire for more balance and alignment, Shimona began exploring and practicing various therapies and personal development strategies. Her journey took years of learning, but it led her to a life where she felt passionate, driven and led by heart as well as her mind.

    Through intentional practice and a deep understanding of coaching and personal growth, she discovered that true success is rooted in results AND passion.

    Shimona’s expertise in achieving peak performance while staying aligned is what guides the foundation of Culture Shift.
